No but seriously like what do people do all day when I say that I don’t have internet at home they say “Oh so like what do you do?” and the answer seems evident that I am rarely in the apartment; the apartment is where I cook and clean and work why would I “watch TV” or “movies” at home its not meant for that and anyway going for a walk is much more interesting than doing that and even if it is raining I can go to the gym, museum, or a friend’s house all of which are more interesting than anything found in my house; like I read, write, run, boulder, socialize, listen to music, explore the city, dodgeball, softball, and so on all of which are things I do OUT OF THE HOUSE but people act as if being at home is so necessary like if you don’t want to interact with others you can just not talk to others and refill your social battery in public if you’re one of the suckers who believes in introvert extrovert theory which by the way is a psyop invented to sell people on things and would not exist without advertising so you really think that people in prehistoric tribes could avoid others they were literally around each other all of the time though existence has no inherent way to be that this was true in far history probably means that we are capable of such actions now; “What do you do all day” I can tell you that papa great ape didn’t sit in tree and refresh Twitter all day you are so much better than a zoo animal trapped in its enclosure pacing and pawing at the walls can you not comprehend an existence unbounded by location like most people can do it and furthermore I am interested in what you do because it seems as if you define yourself by what you do and yes we are obviously defined by our actions (consequentialism is kinda right here yk) but the majority of your actions only involve consumption. Are you telling me that you’re defined by other people’s output and not your own base. Thats pretty sad to let yourself be defined by others like we get this one singular life and to say that a piece of media defines you is strange because that media is not material in a sense that matters and like “Oh you define yourself by [insert philosophy here] or [identity] which are equally not material” well yes they are also not material and not mine and thats why I try not to define myself by them instead other people do that like I would simply do things and have people judge me as they so choose its not my problem. Furthermore unironically adopting a totalizing ideology such that you define yourself by it is a move for fools why don’t you just think your own thoughts are you literally five years old go outside and do and create things on your own and stop letting your one opportunity to do such go to waste or at the BARE MINIMUM Please get some taste there’s a difference between Good and Bad things!!!
